Refund Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
Heda is free to use. If you buy a Premium or Ultra pass and it isn't right for you, you can get your money back — here's how.
1.14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a pass, and within 14 days of each yearly renewal. You don't need to give a reason.
For monthly passes, a refund covers the most recent payment if you ask within 14 days of it.
2.How to ask
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can ask for a refund in either of these ways:
- through Paddle: open the receipt email Paddle sent you, or go to paddle.net, and choose to request a refund;
- by writing to us at maddiewilson002@gmail.com with the email you paid with.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
3.Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Pass → Manage payment or cancel. Your pass stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you're back on the free pass. Nothing you wrote is ever deleted when a pass ends.
4.When we may say no
We may refuse a refund in clear cases of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding passes, or an account closed for breaking the Community Guidelines. This never limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal.
